We finalized what we required from Oriental Trading and went online to place the order.  Once we had everything in our basket and started through the check out process, we found out that you cannot order online for International delivery.  I was told to call them after 8am CST.

I waited up until after 10pm my time and placed the call.  The dude who answered the phone was talking to his friends and I actually thought I had the wrong number until he said 'Oriental Trading'.  I deliberately set out to confuse him by being a returning customer with a Nevada billing address (but what about the California one we have on file?) and a Japanese shipping address (but not the one they had on file).

After he corrected all my information and I had ordered everything on my list (bat rings, eyeball lights, edible gummy body parts, spider webs, and 2 crows) the clerk offered me a special on Halloween glitter tattoos.  I explained that tattoos were generally frowned upon in Japan, so the temporary tattoos were not as popular here.

Then he offered me a deal on glow in the dark fangs, which I declined.  Finally he said that since I was such a good customer, I could order 2 more things and get a 15% discount on each.  I was tempted to ask him to delete the last 2 items on my list, so I could use the discount for them but it seemed like way too much work.

Order placed for about $80.  Shipping economy (7-10 days) was $62 and priority (1-4 days) mail was $61.  Cost of having a cool Halloween display in Japan: priceless.
